Your Mission

As part of a strategic project, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. You will play a key role in facilitating communication between technical teams and business departments, with the mission of gathering, analyzing, and formalizing functional requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements

  • Draft functional specifications and detailed requirement documents

  • Lead co-design and validation workshops

  • Model business processes (BPMN 2.0) and functional requirements (UML)

  • Write business documentation and participate in functional testing

  • Collaborate with development teams and ensure deliverables meet requirements

  • Use and manage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma (a plus)

Your Profile

  • Proven experience: At least 5 years as a Business Analyst

  • Sector knowledge: Previous experience in social insurance is a plus

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management

  • Certifications: In Business Analysis (e.g. BABOK) or Project Management is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Languages: SQL (reading and writing basic queries)

  • Modeling: BPMN 2.0, UML

  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma (a plus), Microsoft Office Suite

  • Basic understanding of software development is a plus

Languages

  • French: Native or C2 level

  • English: B2/C1 level

  • German: B2/C1 level
