As part of an exclusive mandate for one of our key clients, a leading international group, we are recruiting a Maintenance, Utilities & Sustainability Manager (Global / EMEA).
This strategic role will enable you to drive industrial performance, sustainability, and utilities governance at both regional and global level.

Your main responsibilities

Governance & Global Support

  • Lead maturity assessments for maintenance and utilities (including sustainability) and provide recommendations.

  • Define and deploy a regional roadmap aligned with global strategy and site requirements.

  • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of the annual maintenance and utilities budget.

  • Share best practices in maintenance, energy and water efficiency, and provide training to site teams.

  • Monitor operational performance (OEE) and ensure deployment of standards (EHS, Quality, Sustainability).

  • Conduct internal and external benchmarks to identify and share best practices.

Sustainability

  • Participate in regional meetings dedicated to sustainable operations.

  • Support corporate sustainability goals and contribute to the CO₂ roadmap in collaboration with global teams.

  • Provide support in the validation and monitoring of annual KPI targets.

Support to projects & local initiatives

  • Support project managers on systems, tools and processes impacting utilities and maintenance (new installations, upgrades, digitalisation).

  • Contribute to the development of the site master plan and participate in audits (Safety, Quality, Sustainability, Utilities).

  • Support long-term planning for asset replacement in utilities and maintenance.

  • Participate in complex problem-solving workshops (efficiency, quality, bottlenecks, crisis management).

Your profile
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.

  • 10+ years’ proven experience in operations, maintenance, utilities systems and Lean/TPM environments.

  • Solid expertise in the food, chemical or related process industries.

  • Strong background in change management across multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

  • Energy certifications (CEM/CEA) and/or Project Management certification (PMP) are assets.

  • Strong knowledge of world-class manufacturing concepts (LEAN, TPM, WCM) and industrial processes.

  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.

  • Languages: fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus.

  • Mobility: up to 40% travel per year.
