We are supporting one of our clients, a recognized industrial company, in the recruitment of an IT Infrastructure Manager – Critical Platforms & Industrial Systems.
Reporting to the IT department, you will lead a technical team responsible for critical infrastructures connected to industrial production environments. Your role will be to ensure the availability, performance, security and evolution of platforms used by business teams and production workshops.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead a team of system and platform administrators
- Ensure the availability, performance and security of critical infrastructures
- Oversee environments linked to industrial production systems / MES
- Coordinate technical evolutions, deployments and releases
- Manage complex incidents and contribute to advanced support
- Support continuous improvement of tools, practices and operating processes
Profile required:
- Degree in IT, engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience with critical systems infrastructure
- Previous experience managing a technical team
- Good understanding of MES, industrial or highly available environments
- Knowledge of high availability, databases, load balancing, containerization or monitoring
- DevOps / Infrastructure as Code culture would be an asset
- Hands-on leadership, autonomy, service mindset and strong team spirit
