As part of our exclusive support for our client’s restructuring, we are seeking an After Sales Area Manager.
Dealer Management:
- Serve as the main after-sales contact between the brand and dealers, building strong, supportive relationships to enhance business outcomes.
- Set objectives and action plans with dealers, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure regional targets are met.
- Identify and address training needs, directly or through dealer development, to maximize commercial performance and promote the brand image.
- Collaborate with dealer development and sales colleagues to evaluate potential prospects, providing local after-sales expertise to maximize commercial performance and minimize risks within the dealer network.
- Analyze and achieve targets for parts, retention products, eVHC (electronic Vehicle Health Check), and periodic maintenance visits, implementing corrective measures if necessary.
- Agree on and implement measurable improvement plans with the dealership management team.
- Implement and manage the end-to-end after-sales development program.
- Ensure full compliance with after-sales franchise standards and commercial terms by dealers.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct detailed analyses and reports on dealer performance to keep senior management informed and contribute to appropriate recommendations that will improve business results.
- Use composite data and local market information to understand current performance, anticipate, and minimize negative impacts on after-sales performance.
- Submit weekly forecasts against set targets and be flexible to respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
- Analyze and achieve overall after-sales satisfaction scores (CSI), implementing corrective measures if necessary.
Internal Relations:
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues across the company to stay informed of relevant issues and opportunities.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the escalation point for customer issues to resolve problems and enhance the customer experience.
Your Profile:
- Good understanding of the organization and market knowledge.
- Experience in an automotive after-sales environment.
- Experience in a service/dealership workshop environment.
- Strong commercial interest required, as the role involves hands-on support of business activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in German and Italian, with good knowledge of English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good time management and flexibility to prioritize and plan work.
- Well-organized and capable of thinking analytically and across functions.
- Open to traveling within Europe.
