Missions:
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
- Monitor partner performance in terms of profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the implementation of customer follow-up processes, training, and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent local communication aligned with national offers through an effective marketing plan.
- Develop and support strategies to improve partner performance.
- Oversee the onboarding of new partners and support their development.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong understanding of the automotive distribution culture and structures in Switzerland.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
- Experience in marketing and promotions is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
