Missions:
  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Monitor partner performance in terms of profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the implementation of customer follow-up processes, training, and quality standards.
  • Ensure consistent local communication aligned with national offers through an effective marketing plan.
  • Develop and support strategies to improve partner performance.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new partners and support their development.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • Strong understanding of the automotive distribution culture and structures in Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience in marketing and promotions is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
