Industry: Automotive / After-Sales – Switzerland
As part of a strategic project in the automotive sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to play a key role in supporting operations, product compliance, quality management, and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
Customer and Dealer Support

Handle day-to-day activities: invoicing, audits, certificates, warranty management, and responding to customer and dealer inquiries.

Coordinate product recall campaigns locally and liaise with relevant authorities.

Ensure timely importation of products by managing approval procedures in line with Swiss regulations.

Support the dealer network in the use of internal systems (DSR, Panex, Glow, etc.) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Follow up on customer requests in coordination with the central customer service team.
Compliance & Product Quality

Monitor product compliance at the local level (waste, ELV, etc.) in coordination with Swiss authorities and the European Quality department.

Contribute to product quality management (QIC, factory requests).

Support customer retention through the rollout of specific programs (e.g., extended warranties).
Analysis & Process Improvement

Produce reports and analyses upon request for internal teams or external partners.

Identify opportunities to update or improve internal procedures based on market evolution and business needs.
Performance & Quality Management

Translate business plan objectives into actionable tasks and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.

Escalate operational challenges and propose alternative solutions when needed.

Follow up on project progress and report regularly to department managers.
Your Profile

Proven experience in a customer-facing or technical support role.

Background in the automotive sector, particularly in after-sales, warranty, or quality management.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Good knowledge of local regulations and compliance processes.

Fluent in French and German (mandatory); professional level of English.

Proficient in standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Technical degree in automotive or a related field.
