Industry: Automotive / After-Sales – Switzerland

As part of a strategic project in the automotive sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to play a key role in supporting operations, product compliance, quality management, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

Customer and Dealer Support

  • Handle day-to-day activities: invoicing, audits, certificates, warranty management, and responding to customer and dealer inquiries.

  • Coordinate product recall campaigns locally and liaise with relevant authorities.

  • Ensure timely importation of products by managing approval procedures in line with Swiss regulations.

  • Support the dealer network in the use of internal systems (DSR, Panex, Glow, etc.) and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Follow up on customer requests in coordination with the central customer service team.

Compliance & Product Quality

  • Monitor product compliance at the local level (waste, ELV, etc.) in coordination with Swiss authorities and the European Quality department.

  • Contribute to product quality management (QIC, factory requests).

  • Support customer retention through the rollout of specific programs (e.g., extended warranties).

Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Produce reports and analyses upon request for internal teams or external partners.

  • Identify opportunities to update or improve internal procedures based on market evolution and business needs.

Performance & Quality Management

  • Translate business plan objectives into actionable tasks and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.

  • Escalate operational challenges and propose alternative solutions when needed.

  • Follow up on project progress and report regularly to department managers.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or technical support role.

  • Background in the automotive sector, particularly in after-sales, warranty, or quality management.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Good knowledge of local regulations and compliance processes.

  • Fluent in French and German (mandatory); professional level of English.

  • Proficient in standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Technical degree in automotive or a related field.
