For one of our clients, a Swiss industrial company operating a major production site in the Canton of Valais, we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician.
Your responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and equipment.
• Diagnose failures and quickly identify the root cause of technical issues.
• Carry out troubleshooting, repair and restoration activities.
• Participate in the installation, connection and commissioning of new equipment.
• Perform the necessary checks to ensure the reliability and availability of installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures and applicable regulations.
• Complete intervention reports and ensure accurate follow-up of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams as well as external service providers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of installations and maintenance practices.
Your profile:
• Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Electrician, Automation Technician or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar industrial maintenance position.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Good ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Autonomous, rigorous and responsible working approach.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to react effectively to unexpected situations.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Strong awareness of safety requirements and quality standards.
