Your Mission

You are a key player in driving commercial development within your territory. In direct contact with distributors, resellers, and partners, you implement sales strategies defined at the European level while ensuring customer satisfaction and commercial performance in your region.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Territory Management

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Implement sales strategies and manage commercial forecasts.

  • Identify new markets, clients, and potential partnerships.

Dealer Network Management

  • Support and engage with partners to help them grow their sales.

  • Regularly evaluate dealer performance and implement improvement plans.

  • Recruit new distributors to optimize market coverage.

Customer Relations & Technical Support

  • Maintain close relationships with key clients and distributors.

  • Provide product support, technical advice, and appropriate training.

  • Gather field feedback to inform internal actions.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch local campaigns and participate in trade shows.

  • Act as a brand ambassador at regional events.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor commercial performance and market dynamics closely.

  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on field data.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment in sales efforts.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in field sales

  • Knowledge of specialized distribution networks.

  • Ability to manage a territory autonomously with a strong results-driven approach.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Languages: German (bilingual) – English and French (good knowledge).
