Senior Process Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer for one of our clients, an engineering consultancy active in the chemical/pharma/biotech sectors.

Your Missions:

• Design installations in biotechnology, pharma, or fine chemicals
• Lead study and construction projects, manage multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise, control, and plan activities of internal and external resources
• Manage schedules and budgets in line with project objectives
• Ensure project compliance with Swiss regulations (SUVA, ATEX, DESP, OPAM, Opair)
• Prepare specifications in collaboration with specialist engineers
• Participate in commercial activities

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree from HES, EPFL, or equivalent in chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical, or thermal engineering
• 5 years of professional experience in engineering services
• Project management and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in French and English (German is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS/Office tools, Autocad, Revit (a plus)
• Experience in designing and studying installations in fine chemicals, biotechnology, or pharma
• Understanding of HVAC, electricity, piping, and chemical safety needs
• Experience in executing/construction of technical projects in an industrial environment
• Ability to integrate and take the lead in biotech, pharma, or fine chemicals projects
• Strong ability to maintain trust-based relationships with partners
