CNC Turning

For one of our clients, a Swiss industrial company recognised for its expertise in the manufacture of high-precision components, we are looking for a CNC Turning and Swiss-Type Machining Specialist to strengthen its production department.

Your responsibilities:

• Program, set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines.
• Prepare machines and tooling for the production of small batches.
• Launch, monitor and control manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, precision and delivery requirements.
• Contribute to the industrialisation and production of new products.
• Identify opportunities to optimise machining programs and manufacturing processes.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
• Carry out routine first-level maintenance operations.
• Work closely with technical and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Your profile:

• Technical qualification in CNC machining, mechanics, micromechanics or an equivalent field.
• Experience in programming, setting up or operating multi-axis CNC machines.
• Good ability to read technical drawings and understand dimensional requirements.
• Strong interest in small-batch production and high-value precision components.
• Ability to work independently and with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify practical technical solutions.
• Flexible, conscientious and motivated by new challenges.
• Previous experience in a micromechanical, watchmaking or precision industrial environment would be an advantage.
